Personal Care
Premium Home Care Services provides domestic assistance supports to help participants maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment while promoting independence and wellbeing. Supports may include general household cleaning, vacuuming, mopping, laundry, changing bed linen, dishwashing, bathroom and kitchen cleaning, rubbish removal, and other routine household tasks that the participant is unable to complete independently due to their disability.
Our support workers work collaboratively with participants to build daily living skills where appropriate, encouraging choice, control, and active participation in household tasks in line with the participant's NDIS goals and support needs. All services are delivered with dignity, respect, and a focus on maintaining a healthy and safe living environment.
Please note: Domestic assistance supports funded through the NDIS must be directly related to the participant's disability and align with their NDIS plan and goals.
Premium Home Care Services provides community access supports to assist participants in engaging with their local community, developing social connections, increasing independence, and achieving their NDIS goals. Supports are tailored to each participant's individual needs and may include assistance to attend appointments, participate in recreational activities, access education or employment opportunities, attend social events, go shopping, use public transport, and engage in community programs.
Our support workers encourage participants to build confidence, develop life skills, foster meaningful relationships, and actively participate in community life while promoting choice, control, and independence. Supports are delivered in a safe, respectful, and person-centred manner, ensuring participants can access opportunities that enhance their wellbeing, inclusion, and quality of life.
All community access supports are provided in accordance with the participant's NDIS plan, goals, and individual support requirements.
Premium Home Care Services provides personal care supports to assist participants with daily self-care activities while promoting dignity, independence, choice, and wellbeing. Personal care supports are tailored to each participant's individual needs and may include assistance with showering, bathing, grooming, dressing, personal hygiene, toileting, continence care, oral hygiene, mobility support, transfers, and other activities of daily living.
Our trained support workers deliver personal care in a respectful, person-centred manner, ensuring participants feel safe, comfortable, and supported while maintaining their privacy and independence wherever possible. Participants are encouraged to actively participate in their care to build confidence and maintain existing skills in line with their individual abilities and NDIS goals.
All personal care supports are delivered in accordance with the participant's NDIS plan, support requirements, and relevant health, safety, and dignity of risk principles.
